Duties & Responsibilities
Asset protection of the mother company and its subsidiaries.Management of CCTV operations.Overseeing of 3rd party security services.Develop and enforce security policies and protocols in protecting company assets, employees and stake holders.Liaise with public law enforcement agencies, fire department and other government regulating bodies.Oversee the day to day security operations of the company including Head Office, Plant and warehouses in coordination with the representative of the 3rd party security provider.Respo
nsible with the full implementation of security, health and safety protocols in all company premises.Will be a member of the Incident Management & Crisis Resolution team.Formulate and implement security measures that would deter theft and pilferage under on-site and off site company premises and eventually zero out shortages and losses.Assist other departments in the investigation and filing of cases both internal and external as needed.Prepare and present security reports on a regular manner to avoid recurring incidents and with the objective of attaining optimal security levels.
Minimum Requirements
Graduate of BS Criminology or any related 4 year courseminimum of 5 years experience in leading a security department or team under manufacturing set-up or its equivalent.Experience from Armed forces or military background will be an advantageSalary is open and negotiable ba
