Job Summary

Overall in charge of security and safety of residential areas.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensures strict implementation of approved security management plans submitted by contracted security agencies for residential/HOA areas.Ensures proper and strict implementation of security policies and programs.Consolidates daily reports and journals from deployed contracted security agencies.Ensures immediate transmission of incidents reports to Operation Manager.evaluates current security measures and procedures of residential areas and provide recommendations and proposals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in any field.With at least 7 years of relevant experience; preferably with 2 years of experience in a similar capacity honed in an estate/township development.Has driver license, CSP/CSMS or Equivalent.Has good people management skills.Proficient in using Desktop Computer, Company phone, Motorcycle, and others.
