Job Description

We are looking for friendly, motivated Customer Service Representatives to help us attend to customers' inquiries via live chat, emails, and telephone.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Listen and respond to customers' inquiries concerning application process, document requirements, repayment, etc.Grow and nurture customer relationships with the companyMake recommendations on service offering and process flow based on customers' comments and feedback
