QUALIFICATION

Eligibility:

Career Service Professional / RA1080 or any appropriate eligibility for Second Level position

Education:

Bachelor's degree with major in any of the following areas: Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Criminology, Penology, Corrections, Police Science, Police Administration, or other related fields 

Training:

40 hours of supervisory/ management learning and development intervention 

Work Experience:

4 years of progressively responsible experience in probation or other related work or 3 years of supervisory experience

Competency:

Intermediate Level in Building Collaborative and Inclusive Working relationshipsManaging Performance and Coaching results;Leading ChangeThinking Strategically and CreativelyCreating and Nurturing a High Performance Organization.
