Primary Responsibilities and Duties
-Provides financial information to clients by researching and analyzing accounting data to ensure accuracy.
-Prepare tax returns for prompt payment.
-Inspect account books and accounting systems to keep up to date.
-Provides assistance in organizing, maintaining, and auditing financial records.
-Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
-Monitoring and reviewing payments in the client's accounting system, completing reconciliation and analysis of various records and registers.
Skill and Characteristics
-The candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
-Must be a CPA
-Must be able to communicate in English fluently
-Must have strong analytical skills.
-Must be keen to details
-Must be familiar with QuickBooks
-Ability to multi-task and learn quickly
-Experience is a plus but not required
-Willing to work nightshift schedule
