The Workplace Counsellor ensure first line counselling services to Conectys staff, offering integrative coping solutions with challenges potentially negatively impacting them in relation with their work context and challenges.
Qualifications:
Good to excellent spoken and written English skillsLicense as an RPM is an advantage but not a mustMust be a graduate of BA in Psychology/Sociology, Human Resources, Law, or a related field (Pedagogy or trainer certification are an asset)Has a co
ncrete plan for any programs that would improve the mental health of the employees.

nnect sessions that provide a sounding board for employees to safely talk a
bout issues troubling them in correlation with their professio
nal life and assisting them with life coaching solutions in order to better cope with their work-impacting challenges.Serves as a gate keeper and distribution point for access to specialized Occupatio
nal Health & Safety services, be their Co
nectys co
ntracted vendors or independent supporting services providers.Facilitates support group activities and other wellbeing activities.Supports implementation of organizatio
nal change at individual, groups and teams level.
