What is your mission?
As a Customer Care Champion, you will be working with our Largest online Booking Account to deliver outstanding customer experience through phone and email. You will be the first point-of-contact to handle and resolve customer concerns.
Who are we looking for?
Completed at least 2 years in college.With at least one (1) year blended customer service experience (voice and non-voice) in the BPO industry.Strong verbal and written English communication skills.Positive, self-motivated and energetic.Amenable to work in rotating shifts (morning, mid, & night shifts).Can work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City or Sheridan, Mandaluyong City.
