• Maintain friendly, trustworthy, beneficial and productive professional relationships with clients; conduct client visits and/or attend meetings, in accordance to a visit plan or as necessary; and ensure that clients’ operational concerns/feedback arising from such visits/ meetings are properly addressed and/or delivered ontime
• Negotiate with clients on satisfying the prevailing wage order, new terms of contract, and formulate recommendations, as needed
• Receive and act on client’s inquiries and requests in an appropriate manner • Verify effective collection of accounts, and assist, if necessary
• Assist in delivery of services to client outside of his cluster (requirement for manager and higher)
• Facilitate the timely and effective resolution of incidents and customer complaints
• Provide quick response and/or assistance during emergency situations • Provide guidance to field supervisors and guards in handling of incidents/complaints received
• Coordinate with client the status of investigations in progress until final resolution
