The Project Coordinator, under the supervision of the Executive Director, shall manage, implement and monitor projects and programs in line with the vision, mission and objectives of NYK-TDG Friendship Foundation Inc.He/she serves as the main point of contact for programs, projects, and all other activities/engagements of the Foundation.1.Works with the Executive Director in overseeing programs and projects aligned with the vision, mission and objectives of the Foundation. a. Serves as main point of contact for programs/project management, reporting and donor engagement of the Foundation. b. Manages the implementation and/or delivery of programs and projects of the Foundation. c. Maintains strong network/relationship with NGOs, LGUs, communities and beneficiaries d. Provides needed assistance in the budget or funds management of NTFF- and/or CSR-related projects 2.Prepares reports for NTFF’s Board of Directors and Donors/ Benefactors a. Prepares program and/or project related reports. b. Coordinates with TDG’s member companies and external partners in gathering data; manages various reports and database of the Foundation.3.Regularly updates NTFF portfolio and other communications-related materials, and ensures that these are readily available and accessible. QUALIFICATIONS:Graduate of any 4-year course, related to Social Work, Community Development an advantageAt least one (1) year of relevant work experience With background in Project Management for NGOs. Implementing and managing social or community programs, projects and events of a non-profit, mission-driven organization With good communication skills
