Acquire BPO is currently looking for a Lead Generation Marketing Specialist to support us, RingCentral:  

We are looking for a bright, well rounded individual with strong experience in B2B marketing to develop and execute marketing plans with a key focus on lead generation. The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for helping us grow our shared leads and content syndication programs to deliver high quality leads and accelerate revenue. 

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be results driven, and have superior attention to detail, especially with analytics. Reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing,this is a great position to learn and grow with the company. 

Responsibilities: 

Testing and optimizing a range of lead generation strategies to drive growth in MQLs while maintaining a healthy Cost-per-Lead Work closely with the Sales Development Team on managing the lead qualification process from lead capture on third-party sites to the follow up process Obtain feedback on quality of leads (MQLs) and sales opportunities generated daily from marketing campaigns Regularly hold SDR team vendor training sessions focusing on lead sources, talk tracks, objection handling and downgraded leads Establish quarterly goals for leads, opportunities, lead-to-opportunity conversion rates, pipeline, and ROI. Measure these KPIs closely throughout the quarter to determine where adjustments are needed and ensure targets are achieved Manage daily, monthly and quarterly reports/dashboards on budgets, leads (MQLs), qualified leads (QLs),opps (SQLs); schedule and deliverables of assigned campaigns and coordinate with vendors as well as key functions within marketing and sales Closely manage vendor relationships, working with them to optimize lead quality, lead volume, monthly spend projections and communications/training with sales team 

Desired Qualifications: 

2+ years of experience in developing and executing successful cost-per-lead demand generation programs for B2B software companies Solid understanding of demand generation program creation, execution, measurement, analysis and reporting (Salesforce & Tableau experience a plus) Demonstrated results in improving marketing and sales funnel conversions Proven leadership and project management skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams Self-motivated “go-getter” and proven track record in a fast-paced environment and organizational skills to manage multiple projects with successful execution Detail-oriented and the ability to multi-task Proficient with Microsoft Office with advanced knowledge of Excel BS/BA degree
