Good in communicating with members and confident when talking to clients? ISTA Solutions is looking for you.

Agents coordinate between hospitals, insurance companies and healthcare facilities regarding anything related to a patient’s care. Such as - scheduling/ confirming doctor’s appointment, changes in prescription medicine, following up with insurance, patient transport from healthcare facility to hospital, getting/ updating medical records. Coordination is done by calls and emails. 

Minimum Qualifications:

Must have at least 6 months of BPO experience in US HealthcareKnowledge in Medicare and Medicaid is required for this positionMust have recent background in Benefits, Claims, and Pre-authorization processGood to excellent English communication skillsMust be amenable to work on site in Makati and night shift scheduleCan start ASAP

Work Schedule: 

Monday to Friday

9:00 PM to 6:00 AM Philippine time

11:00 PM to 8:00 AM Philippine time

Compensation package includes a salary range of PhP 21,000 + 10% night differential + PhP 1,500 attendance bonus and other benefits such as:
