about THE ROLE
You will be responsible for creating & managing integrated email marketing campaigns across our brands to support brands strategies & monthly sales cycles.
You will be creative yet a critical thinker who can drive your team to deliver exciting & engaging email campaigns flawlessly. You will also be instrumental in selecting & building your team, ensuring high productivity & performance.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager under the Marketing Department, you will work closely with the Campaigns Team and Email Marketing Coordinator. You will ultimately have 4 Email Writers directly reporting to you.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop & manage integrated email marketing campaigns with respective email calendars to generate quality leads Lead email marketing initiatives including the co
ntinual optimization of email marketing strategy, platform, and related processes Oversee, quality check & approve email co
ntent created by the Email Writers Oversee & approve email templates developed by the Email Writers. Maintain different email databa
ses, including unsubscribe lists with the Email Marketing Specialist Create email automation & workflows Work with your team to report on campaign performance key metrics & provide insights on how we can optimize them Manage your team to ensure their productivity and workload & help them meet their deadlines & KPIs Achieve Key Performance Indicators for email Open, Click Through and Click to Open Rates
REQUIREMENTS
ESSENTIAL – you must possess these skills:
3+ years experience in developing & managing email marketing campaigns, especially for lead generation Strong experience in using email marketing tools (e.g. Marketo, MailChimp, HubSpot, Active Campaign, etc.) Strong proofreading & editing skills Experience in creating email automation & workflows Working knowledge of HTML & CSS for email marketing
DESIRABLE – bonus if you possess these skills:
Experience in co
nnecting leads captured from CRM lead forms (we use Zoho CRM) that will automatically feed into different co
ntact databa
ses in the email marketing tools Experience in creating different email templates using WYSIWYG email template builders (e.g. Moosend, BEE, Stripo, Unlayer, etc.)
KPI – your performance will be based on:
Meeting targets across key email metrics (open rate, CTR, CTOR, unsubscribe rate, conversions, goal co
nversion rate). This can be collectively achieved with your team members by effectively managing their projects & improve their work quality.
