A License Support Specialist will work and provide expertise in establishing license creation and management for SSCDN.
A License Support Specialist is also expected to process queries, provide service information, and order statuses to internal customers, and following up on process related questions. The position holder will support the Back Office in managing Licenses, providing service information and be the subject matter expert to collaborate within a global project to verify the planned enhancements of the license creation and maintenance process.
Major tasks and responsibilities of position
Support efficient and effective processes in O2B and Technical Service Management to enable the business strategy with focus on new business models.Be the focal point of co
ntact for the organization on Global process related questions, application landscape strategy, implementations, and co
ntinuous improvements.Provide excellent support by becoming the subject matter expert on License creation and management.Handle license creation requests, process queries, providing service information and order statuses to your internal customers, and following up on process related questions.Support the Back Office in managing Licenses, providing service information and be the subject matter expert to collaborate within a global project to verify the planned enhancements of the license creation and maintenance process.Supports the Project Team in establishing this new process in SCManilaSupport and live a LEAN and innovative way of working/culture through individual performance, sharing best practices across teams & SSOs.
Qualifications
University or commercial degree in Business Administration, Economics, or relevant professio
nal experienceExperience of more than 3 years the area of license management and or similar environmentFlexibility, as well as the ability to work under pressure.Service minded and a natural flair to bring things accurately and professionally.Organized and structured and process orientedStrong knowledge of SAP and/or flexibility around diverse technical applicatio
