In-charge of all related taxes of the Company, to see to it that taxes are filed and paid promptly.Prepares monthly accounting reports for review and submission to the Department Manager.Prepares quarterly, semi-annual and annual financial statements in preparation for financial audit.Prepares consolidated financial reports including Bohol Limestone Corporation every quarter and annual reporting requirement.Prepare reports and documentary requirements for SEC reportorial.Review Purchase Journal, payroll and other requests for payment making sure that pertaining to Company policies are followed.Prepares daily cash monitoring reportAssists in budget preparation for the CompanyMaintains BIR withholding of taxes records and related documentary requirements.Handles fixed assets record including related repairs & maintenance activities & computes monthly depreciation.Assists Department Manager (Accounting) in other accounting and tax-related activities.Supports and monitors accounting personnel in their day to day activitiesKeeps with utmost confidentiality the financial records of the CompanyConsistently follows company policies, rules & regulations, accounting manual & relevant guidelines at all times.Accepts other responsibilities as may be assigned by superiors according to the needs of the Company.
