Position Summary:
Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing CSR partners and non-government organizations. Develops and manages CSR programs and ensures proper implementation of volunteering initiatives with the different departments in the company.
Job Description:
1. Manages volunteering initiatives (monthly and annual) and ensures proper implementation by:
a. Developing and implementing corporate volunteering guidelines ensuring the health and safety of all team member volunteers
b. Developing and implementing relevant CSR volunteering programs in collaboration with external and internal stakeholders (CSR and community partners/ NGOs, internal volunteer groups)
c. Monitoring, recording and evaluation of volunteering activities
d. Monitoring of monthly CSR budget utilization
2. Prepares monthly CSR and team member volunteering information and report for internal and external stakeholders
3. Collaborates with Account POCs to ensure CSR engagement and volunteer program implementation across all departments
4. Coordinates with CSR and corporate foundation partners to develop volunteering opportunities to increase CSR engagement and/or projects for funding grant application of the corporate foundation
5. Assists in conducting activities and proposal evaluations of the corporate foundation and other company-wide team member engagement initiatives
Qualifications:
Work experience:
At least 3 years of professio
nal experience in handling community development programs for NGOs or corporate foundations; or relevant experience in similar work.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Social Work or Community Development)
