Manages and oversees the day-to-day operations of the company-owned o
nline platforms and affiliate stores.Prepares and recommends strategies and plan of action to achieve revenue targets.Prepares campaign plans and programs in partnership with Brand Marketing and implements accordingly.Ensures that KPIs for the o
nline platforms are achieved.Manages the Seller Center and all its features such as order management, visual merchandising, customer support and back-end operations.Coordinates closely with Product Management in terms of product assortment and allocation.

Ensures availability of stocks for the platform through product forecasting and allocation
CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT
Ensures branded customer standards are met in collaboration with Marketing.Plans and implements CRM Programs.
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
Leads and supervises a team of operations and customer service associates.

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Management, Marketing Management or other related coursesAt least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in Digital Marketing, E-Commerce and Shopify or other related field is required for this position.Full-Time position(s) available
