Overall Objectives:

To lead and manage the owned e-commerce stores of the company.To achieve the monthly, quarterly and annual sales objectives and e-commerce metrics.To lead a team of e-commerce operations and customer service associates. 

Job Responsibilities:

KEY ACCOUNT/onLINE FLAGSHIP STORE MANAGEMENT

Manages and oversees the day-to-day operations of the company-owned online platforms and affiliate stores.Prepares and recommends strategies and plan of action to achieve revenue targets.Prepares campaign plans and programs in partnership with Brand Marketing and implements accordingly.Ensures that KPIs for the online platforms are achieved.Manages the Seller Center and all its features such as order management, visual merchandising, customer support and back-end operations.Coordinates closely with Product Management in terms of product assortment and allocation.

OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT

Prepares the online operations manual and updates regularly.Coordinates closely with key stakeholders such as Product Management, Brand Marketing, Supply Chain, After Sales and Finance.Ensures metrics in all aspects of operations are achieved from order fulfillment to after sales service.

INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

Ensures availability of stocks for the platform through product forecasting and allocation

CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT

Ensures branded customer standards are met in collaboration with Marketing.Plans and implements CRM Programs.

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT

Leads and supervises a team of operations and customer service associates.

Job Qualification:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Management, Marketing Management or other related coursesAt least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in Digital Marketing, E-Commerce and Shopify or other related field is required for this position.Full-Time position(s) available
