POSITION SUMMARY
The Social Media Listening Subject Matter Lead will design, conduct and deliver standard and custom social media reports covering Tenet Healthcare corporation and its hospitals (90+ Facebook pages+). He / she will assist the discovery sessions with stakeholders to understand the business need of each social media page and then translate into constructed queries that will monitor social conversation for internal teams as well as competitive brands. He / she dives deep into the data to uncover drivers of social buzz, then translates the data into a compelling story. The Social Media Listening Subject Matter Lead will decipher what is important, meaningful data then communicate the
concise story that allows the business to makes decision based off the reports.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
Required Technical Skills
• Strong strategic understanding of social listening from a business perspective; Analytical in nature
• Strong familiarity and understanding of social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, TikTok etc.
• Experience pulling data from social media listening / analytics tools such as Radian6, Visible Intelligence,
Sprinklr, SimplyMeasured etc.
• Skilled user of MS Office Suite including Excel, Powerpoint

Required Experience
• Minimum 7 years of online / social analytics experience with strong presentation skills (or w/in a marketing / business analytics / statistical analysis / predictive modeling or segmentation experience setting)
• Experienced collaborating w/ other digital analytics teams from Web and Paid media to synthesize reporting
across the board
• Worked for Digital /Social Analytics firms or In-house Analytics group w/in an E-commerce space or Ad Agency
