MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

Produce multimedia content using the latest design software for images, graphics, audio and video for AXA Website. 

Design, visualize and conceptualize engaging graphics including illustrations, logos, carousel images, layouts, web components, icons, vector and photos/images based on the Design Standards and Principles of AXA. 

Create and produce photos, audio, video based on requirements using digital camera, sound recorder, raw or stock videos and photos. 

Responsible for publishing and maintaining the content and style attributes of AXA Website. This involves creating, editing, updating and publishing of new or existing webpages, forms, web elements using a Content Management System (CMS).

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Create and Design AXA Website eCommerce and Corporate Website multimedia content (images, graphics, banners, videos, etc.) for Homepage, Product Category Page, Product Page, Service Pages, Web Components, etc. Coordinate with Business Units/Stakeholders, Customer Experience, CSE Digital Marketing, CSE BM&C, UI/UX, T&T teams to create multimedia and digital content in AXA Website. Contribute creative ideas about how to engage our audience/users online. Optimize published content using and considering SEO and Google Analytics Guidelines and by working with SEO Manager and Analytics/CRM Team. Develop engaging content to attract and retain customers. Collaborate with design and writing teams (CSE BM&C and UI/UX) to produce high quality content and to make sure AXA Website content adheres to AXA’s Policies, Guidelines and Standards. Responsible for publishing and updating of content, pages, sections, forms, microsites, special pages, web components of AXA Website (https://www.axa.com.ph) Publish pages, multimedia and digital content and ensure all content are updated, following the standards and guidelines of AXA Website Sourcing, tagging, optimizing and publishing of static, rich media and/or interactive content used on the website Assist in implementing the design and development administration Assist in providing technical reports and assist in the coordination of resolution of issues, errors and problems Ensures that all the content published follows the standards and guidelines of AXA Website. Make suggestions on the needed additional templates, web components, form, features and functionalities for development and design

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

2-3 Year Experience as Multimedia Specialist, Multimedia Officer, Multimedia Designer, Multimedia Artist, Graphic Artist, Graphic Designer, Creative Designer or similar role  Proven graphic designing experience Keen eye on aesthetics and details Adept in image, infographics, graphics, document and video editing Experience in Digital Publishing and Web Publication Design software and technologies (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) expertise Video and audio editing experience using varios media editing tools like Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Suite Portfolio of published work, illustrations and other graphics Experience using a Content Management System (Kentico, Prismic, Liferay, Wordpress, Drupal, AEM, Sitecore, etc.) Basic knowledge in HTML and CSS Background in Web Design, UI/UX and CX SEO background is a plus Familiarity with website and CMS standards, monitoring, basic troubleshooting and reporting of website issues, errors and problems
