Education : Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job
Experience : Two (2) years of relevant experience
Training : Eight (8) hours of relevant training

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
Education : Bachelor’s degree preferably Social Work, Community
Development, Sociology, Psychology, or any related social science
course
Experience : Two (2) years of relevant experience
Training : Eight (8) hours of relevant training, professional certification is an
advantage
Eligibility : CS Professional/ 2nd level Eligibility
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Responsible for performing overall capability building roles and functions;
· Undertakes the conceptualization of capability building programs including course designs, curriculum development, research and assessment of the competency requirement;
· Coordinates the capability building programs and projects of the Bureau;
· Prepares and enhances training proposal/training design;
· Manages/facilitates actual conduct of capability building activities;
· Conducts training evaluation and prepares necessary reports;
· Develops and enhances training manuals/modules;
· Provides technical assistance to Offices, Bureaus, and Services (OBS)/ Field Offices (FOs) on training design, institutional development and capability building (IDCB) reports, etc,; and
· Performs other tasks as may be required by the Chief and/or the Director.

10. Copy of Individual Performance Contract Rating (IPCR) in the last rating period or its equivalent for external applicants (Performance evaluation/Appraisal) from the last/current employer.
