2. Shift Time – Night Shift (10PM – 7AM) Flexible Time arrangement based on needs 3. Qualifications: Educational Attainment, must be a degree holder or a holder of Security Special Board Certifications Five (5) Years of experience in the same Level & Position being filled and experience in Handling BPO Security Law enforcement Background and Affiliations is an advantage Excellent people leadership ability with passion for driving team towards high performance. Experience in executing complex, multi-year programs Availability to work in ambiguous environment and adapt to change while managing time and workload with aggressive timelines Flexible on Shift to meet business deadlines Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively across cultures.

Excellent oral and written communications, interpersonal skills, and executive presence Applies industry best practices within daily work and continue to participate in professional development by reading publications, networking, and participating professional organizations Roles and Responsibilities: Serves as the MBPS Senior Representation to Cebu Corporate Security, meets with the different business heads in Cebu to determine security operational strategy that fits the business requirement. Provides Reports, Observations, Plans and Recommendations on specific issues and concerns to MBPS Corporate Security Manager. Implements resolutions on issues and concerns aligned with the defined standards and with the approval from his superior if the item is not covered by the current and approved protocols.

Drive proper execution of Plans, Protocols and Control Standards defined by the MBPS Corporate Security. Monitors and measures vendor compliance on the agreed services aligned with the contract. Accomplish Vendor Performance Review and provides needed guidance to improve security operational outcome.

Provides timely updates and briefs on significant security events to MBPS IRT POC’s. Helps in planning, preparation and execution of BC Response Protocols when needed. Conducts Investigation s and Provides Security Investigations Report required by MBPS Corporate Security Manager aligned with all existing protocols and defined standards.

Ensures that MBPS Security Control Standards on Electronic Security Systems (ACS, CCTV & Command Center) is well executed. Plans and drives the execution of the VIP Protection and Security Assistance Program Provides guidance and drives better outcome for the MBPS Business Intelligence and Information Management & Command Centre Operations Conducts Corporate Security Risk Assessment aligned with the defined standards and protocols. Maintains connectivity with the government and private emergency response providers and ensures 24/7 access to emergency response providers for any needed assistance.

Monitors MBPS Corporate Security Compliance to legislative regulations and ensure that the Corporate Security follows the standards set by the regulators. Collaborate with the members of the MBPS IRT in Cebu (Facilities, IT, BCM, HST, HR and Comms) in defining solutions, plans and executions to complete a specific program for MBPS.
