REQUIRES living on-site at the orphanage in Mexico, Pampanga and willing to work six days a week (including weekends)
Main job duties:
a. To carry out the professional case management for the children’s total welfare- their physical, mental, social, spiritual, and educational needs
b. To exhaust every possible effort for determining the proper placement of children through proper recording, skilled documentation and coordination with standard legal protocols.
c. Generate social case study report of children.
d. Conduct comprehensive and progressive Needs Assessment of Children;
e. Plan and present Action/Intervention Plan for the immediate needs of each child;
f. Conduct home or location visitations, periodic follow up of cases, conferences with child’s parents or other social workers, as part of general case management
g. Coordinate with other social services units and concerned professionals (i.e. child therapist, physician, tutor/teacher, psychologist) to discuss the child’s progress for possible resources and services needed for the rehabilitation and total welfare of children.
h. Prepare weekly, monthly/annual narrative reports as required in case management
i. Constantly communicate and coordinate with the Director any significant issues arising from the delivery of social services

We provide residential care services for minors 17 years old and younger who have been abandoned, neglected, abused, and orphans. We provide proper food, medicine, and education. We also provide them with a family setting where they will feel loved and cared for and also attend to their spiritual needs, as the orphanage is located on the church property.
