MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
To ensure that all Telesales Enrollment are compliant to AXA, Metrobank and IC Standards.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Ensure that all sales by BPO agents are in accordance with the approved Telesales spiels.Alignment with BPO Sales validation Team on the agreed implementation of Telesales quality standards.Achieve the agreed percentage of Sales verification .Ensure that invalid sales are cured within agreed time f
rames.Perform joint quality training with Metrobank and BPO agents.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of BS Business Administration or any related course
