nitoring of call metrics to ensure proper utilization of leads. This includes developing strategies and plans for effective distribution of leads to the right agent, at the best time to call.Ensure that assigned BPO complies with the target count of agents doing outbound sales calls.Coordinates with BPO to mo
nitor and drive agent performance, collects hourly reports and updat
es from assigned BPO’s.Analyze call metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiencies in handling referred leadsOrganize Weekly and Quarterly Business Review of BPO Performance
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of BS Business Administration or any related course
