The Sales Representative will establish new accounts through multiple channels (calls, emails, and linkedIn), and build rapport with existing customers through continuous engagement. Job DescriptionConduct outbound sales calls and email/messaging activities to property managers of buildings on a daily basis to create a database of prospective clients.Perform target company research as necessary to build a comprehensive client databaseContinuously expand client database through research and outbound sales callsGo through entire sales process with prospective clients from initiation to closingFollow up with clients to advance them through sales pipelineMaximize opportunities to sell to existing clients through regular follow-upsAchieve KPIs and revenue target as set by the management.Training to be provided and generous commission scheme offered.Job Requirements:At least 2 years’ experience with SalesReal estate/brokerage experience would be an advantagePleasant and engaging personalityFluent in EnglishProven ability to build customer relationships over the phone and emailMust have an entrepreneurial spirit, and high degree of ownership and accountability for achieving sales resultPositive attitude and willingness to accept responsibility and coachingCompetency with Microsoft Office required
