nMake outbound calls to existing More Services/More Telecom business customers to introduce More Payments and promote our current products and servicesRespond to inbound lead enquiries from phone calls, web leads, and other marketing initiativesUndertake a needs assessment of each business so that you can identify opportunities and co
nfidently promote the correct payment solutions Request and review existing payments deals from customers to gain a better understanding of their business Provide customers with comparative quotations via template emails ba
sed on their current business position and follow up on these quotes to close new deals. Obtain and submit new EFTPOS payment orders via digital o
nboarding platformCollect specific perso
nal and business information from customers which will need to be submitted with each new order. Comply with all communication guidelines in addressing the needs and problems of customers Maintain a courteous and friendly disposition when interacting with customers Respo
