As an Ecommerce Executive, you will be responsible to deliver revenue growth and excellent customer support for the brands assigned to you. You will be trained and integrated into the Commerceplus Ecommerce growth planning and execution methods.

To manage brand stores on marketplaces like Lazada and ShopeeTo liaise with principals for all Ecommerce brand led directives and guidelinesCoordinate with creative and content team for digital marketing and promotionsPlan and participate in promotions, campaigns and utilize seller tools to grow store revenueEngage in customer service/experience improvement initiatives on Seller Center, Viber, Whatsapp

Job Requirements and Desired Skillsets

Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any fieldAble to work Monday - Saturday (Half day) 5.5 day weekResourceful and strong drive to solve problems such as customer queries effectively & independentlyAt least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position or have experience selling in existing marketplacesExperience in digital marketing will be an advantage (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Adwords)Experience in marketplace seller centers and multichannel ecommerce software will be an advantage Results & details oriented, hands-on attitude and passion are compulsory supported by excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
