JOB QUALIFICATIONS

 Bachelor’s Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia/Computer Science/Information Technology At least 1 year experience in Graphic DesignPossesses a keen eye for detail and visual compositionKnowledgeable in computer-aided design (CAD)Proficient with design software, technologies, and desktop publishing tools e.g., Photoshop InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, WIX, Sketch-Up, 3D, Quark, Premiere, and After Effect

 ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

To conceptualize, design, and create project collaterals and marketing materials such as but not limited to social media contents, company merchandise, branding materials, flyers and posters, infographics, brochures and editorial design, other print and digital graphics, presentations, website design and contentsTo ensure design, layout, and concept are aligned to the company’s brand, goals, objectives, and requirementsTo ensure contents, designs, and/or layouts are visually appealing, up-to-date, on-brand, and matches any company or project design specifications and requirements, including theme, color scheme, tone of communication, etc.To develop illustrations, images, and layouts by hand or by using technology, including computer software programs that will be suitable to all digital platformsTo study and analyze design briefs and project requirements to effectively determine appropriate contents, designs, and/or layoutTo regularly collaborate with other departments to ensure work outputs are aligned with the requirements and reworks are minimizedTo create drafts and present multiple options for review and make revisions if any To deliver quality output in a timely manner, even with a tight deadlineTo stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketingTo comply with the standard company rules and regulations, policies, and processes at all timesTo perform other assigned tasks from time to time
