Description:
The Account Payable Analyst is responsible for the processing accounts payable invoices in a high volume, fast paced environment. This includes review of processed supplier invoices, payments to suppliers and other related reports. The Accounts Payable Analyst works very closely with the other members of the AP team.

Process payment of supplier invoices, other payment requests or fund transfers accurately and timely.Prepares outflow forecast and ensures completeness of all outstanding payables.Mo
nitors cash position and ensures that payments are fully funded prior to release.Audit employee expense reports ba
sed on established criteria.Reco
ncile supplier statements with ledger accounts.Reco
ncile sub-ledger and general ledger transactions of accounts payable.Ensure all disbursements are recorded accurately and timely.Ability to respond to queries and audit requests timely and accurately.Prepares recharge invoices to other offices.Prepare month-end/year-end schedules as required.Updat

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, CPA preferred1 to 3 years audit and high-volume accounts payable experience, preferredExposure in a Shared Service or multinatio
