QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate of BS Marketing or any related courseAt least one year experience or related work experience, fresh graduates are also being consideredKnowledge in E-Commerce, Digital Marketing and Admin FunctionsGood in oral and written communication, customer-centric, team oriented and with attention to details

JOB DEscriptION:

document customer trouble reports and escalate to established standard operating proceduresWeekly report & updates on encountered concerns in relation to customer journey experience (e.g. tech issues, service issues, etc.).Assist agent's/broker's prepaid orders and analyze and report the e-commerce customer journeyAttends to non-sales related inquiries/concerns (e.g. activation, tech issues, etc.) of clients from PhilCare Social Media accounts (e.g. FB Messenger and comments on site and Wais Care, IG DM and linkedin PM) as filtered and endorsed by the SocMedia OfficerOfficial Receipt (OR) Input to Sales Reportand assist in the renewal telemarketing processAssist the Sales team in the preparation of deliverables for pre-sales, sales and after sales activities and campaigns (e.g. liaise with internal units, etc.)Assist in appointment setting, in cooperation with the Direct Sales TeamPerforms other tasks and projects that may be assigned from time to time.
