Duties and Responsibility:
Assist and interact with clients to create amazing experiences that positively impact sales and service.Be an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients are greeted timely, and able to always exert Omotenashi.Perform duties requiring standing most of the day such as assisting clients, perso
nalization sales, replenishing POS (Point of Sale), and keeping all merchandise shelves and sales floor areas neat and organized. Ensures timely movement of merchandise while adhering to all procedures and guidelines, including but not limited to transfers and damages.Oversees inventory process, mo
nitors weekly floor counts, mo
nthly cycle counts and maintains daily reco
nciliation of stock discrepancies.Co
nsistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales plan, with a particular focus on growing Lexus merchandise.Work collaboratively with other Associates to achieve sales and service goals.Formulate and implement promo for the store as well as special projects.
Requirements:
