Job Description

Sales Team Leader basically supervise the Admission Advisers, entails helping students and other stakeholders in solving problems that are education-related. He/She should have in-depth knowledge of different career opportunities and dealing with students, such as answering their questions concerning degree and school program to take, careers and opportunities that lie with them. He/She is responsible for the first enrolment of the student and monitoring the account receivables. The position is also responsible in maintaining and monitoring of the growth of the student population.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Establish an outstanding working relationship with all stakeholders.Establish efficient database acquisition.Monitor and ensure repeat sales through student retention.Work together with colleagues from other departments to attain sales and overall service delivery.Give prompt reports on crucial issues to direct senior officer, suggest answers where obtainable.Supervise the sales advisors.Give suggestions and designate sales target and job obligations to each sales staff.Recommend strategies in accomplishing sales target objectives and goals.Solicit for other job duties needing attention to enhance service and improve customer satisfaction.Lead sales team to intensify sales.Create action plans to enhance performance of branch.Perform other duties that may be assigned by the immediate superior.

Job Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing or equivalent.At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.Supervisory experience specialized in Sales - Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent.With above average communication skills.Willing to handle administrative task.Must be amenable to work in Parañaque.1 full-time position available.
