The Account Manager is responsible for the overall success of his/her assigned account/s. He/she contributes to the overall business growth by proactively identifying key growth opportunities in line with business directions.Analyzes external trends and historical performance intensively to identify opportunities for growth and improvement for one's account.Develops and executes sales strategies for one's accounts based on agreed strategies and workplanRegularly reviews account's sales performance and suggests corrective measures, when neededMonitors and tracks discountsManages all resources of the account – including promotion budget, strategic fund and ensures spending is within agreed allocation. evaluates spending against plan and desired return.Follows the standards and protocols for effective account and channel management.Executes strategic business plans for building sustainable and profitable relationships with assigned account/s.Establishes and maintains good working relationships with assigned accounts through regular consultation meetings, store visits, and business reviews.Complies with all operating procedures for one's assigned geographyFollows the established forecasting standards and protocols to ensure accurate forecasts per accountCompletes all required reports at the required timeframe and quality levelWhat do we need?Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.Full-Time position(s) available.
