Lead in formulating the marketing calendar, campaign , strategies and initiatives for digital and physical marketingDevelops and executes digital and physical marketing for SM Fashion campaigns to help boost sales and enhance brand image in coordination with suppliers/agencies and business unitsMonitors and evaluates effectiveness of all digital and physical marketing activities in relation to business objectives and identify reasons for success or failure.Manages spending of his/her team in relation to digital and physical marketing activities to ensure that everything is within approved budget level.Tracks billings of digital and physical suppliers/agencies of his/her team, check completeness of submitted documents to ensure that payments are made timely and accurately.
