Job Description

JOB OVERVIEW

Responsible in all planogram reset in the stores, similarly, maintain the enhancement objectives of the category, as per Merchandising mandate.

Responsibilities:

Reviews periodically sales trends per product category to monitor space allocation performance.Computes for space allocation for assigned SKUs.Constructs planograms based on set guidelines.Presents recommendations to immediate superior and category merchandiser for further evaluation prior to implementation.Ensures the timely release of new and modified planograms.Conducts store visits to track, validate/ check compliance of planograms and subsequently creates report on Store’s Planogram compliance.Provides the Merchandising with reports on category analysis, and sales trends to monitor planogram performance.Works closely with Merchandising, Store Operations, Replenishment Team, and Store Planning to achieve corporate objectives in scope of planograms.Recommends products for retention, addition, deletion, price changes, and plans of action to maintain acceptable inventory.Maintains and keeps the confidentiality of system passwords and other security access to prevent possible data corruptions. Ensures to report promptly to Merchandiser and coordinates with MIS in events of any system abnormalities.Ensures the timely collation of item dimensions from data collectors.Informs immediate superior promptly any problems or unusual matters of significance.Demonstrates continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, and streamline work processes.Performs other tasks as may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

A graduate on any four year course.Within of one year related work experience.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Good communication skills;Sharp, quick in comprehension and analysis of data, figures and statistics;Highly proficient in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, PPT);Applicant must be willing to work full-time and office-based in Mandaue City.Full-time position available.URGENT HIRING!
