EMAPTA is currently hiring for an Retention Specialist to join our Australian Telecommunications team.Job Responsibilities:• Communicate with customers and sales representatives.• Analyzes customer behavior thru empathy and listening to their concerns• Gathers information about customer complaints.• Develop aggressive retention strategies based on customer feedback.• Negotiate with customers to renew contracts and retain business.• Meet with the sales team to propose customer retention solutions.• Write and present customer behavior reports and history.• Build positive rapport with customers and business associates.Minimum Hiring Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or related field.• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.• Excellent customer service skills.• Strong conflict resolution skills.• Experience in Australian Telco is required• Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.• Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.• Empathy and patience.• Willing to work in Makati CityWhat’s in store for you?• 5-day work week (shifting and possible weekend schedule)• Dayshift Schedule• HMO coverage including 1 dependent upon hire• 20 Leave credits per year consumed at your discretion with up to 5 days commutable to cash.• Temporary Work from Home Set up• Full-time and regular employment
