ROLE PURPOSE:
Our Beauty Specialist for LOOK at Me is mainly responsible for driving sales of assigned category
while creating a positive shopping experience by providing outstanding customer service, establishing and
maintaining long lasting relationship with online customers, building the brand category, keeping abreast not only
updated on the latest brand offers but excellent product knowledge, and demonstrating consistent adherence to
company standards and procedures. This position is reporting to the Team Leader – Experience.
This role focuses on:
Driving sales to achieve accelerated growth of assigned category and consistently monitors the category performance and recommend action plans to improve sales.
Attending to all product related inquiries, requests and complaints and escalating it when needed to make sure that customer service satisfaction levels are always achieved.
Championing excellent customer service standards and ensuring that all customers have a positive shopping experience.
Implementing and utilizing the most appropriate selling techniques to achieve the category sales and store sales targets.
Ensuring the achievement of sales targets while consistently complying to all set company guidelines (ROS, Basic Store Standards, etc.)
Actively monitoring the availability of products in the assigned category and coordinating with store team members to ensure on time replenishments.
Staying abreast of all the category and product updates and cascading this information to other team members for alignment.
Completing required sales documentations for proper monitoring and compliance to company standards and procedures.
Success will depend on:
Product Expert ; Has in-depth knowledge on product assortments and in-store digital tools to drive sales and boost customer loyalty
Sales Driven ; Persuasive, energetic, and engaging while guiding customers toward sales
Capability to consistently perform different selling techniques base on customer profile – (i.e. explain promotion and Features, Advantages, Benefits of products)
Customer Focus - Ability to handle, assist customer needs (online clients), inquiries and offer relevant in-online store services
Can effectively demonstrate and apply selling techniques to achieve sales target based on the shoppers’ profiles
ATTRIBUTES:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Others, Marketing or equivalent.
College level of at least Vocational Diploma
Motivated, driven and able to demonstrate the ability to work within a team
Must have background in premium or luxe brands
With related experience as Beauty Specialist handling premium make up/perfumes/skin care products
Required skill(s): Communication, Customer Service, Sales, Retail, Makeup Artist.
Applicants must be willing to work in SM Mall of Asia Pasay.
