The Retail Experience Manager is responsible for delivery of our vision of Human Nature as a genuinely world class, natural beauty brand through an exceptional and uplifting experience in all our stores nationwide. The successful candidate will lift the standards of Philippine retail so that our customers feel that ‘Made in the Philippines’ is just as good as ‘Made in France’ or ‘Made in Korea’ the moment they step inside our natural and sustainable beauty stores. You will help encourage our staff to live and breathe our pro-Philippines, pro-poor and pro-environment advocacies and communicate them to all passers-by.
