QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Manage work coverage of coordinators deployed in Modern Trade or Distributor Accounts accounts.Assist in cascading merchandising programs and activities to 3rd party agencies and regio

nsolidates reports to check if merchandising activities/programs are properly executed in trade.Manage overall manpower coordination and billing with agencies.e
valuate manpower performance and determine required manpower complement.Mo

nthly trade support budget.Visit assigned stores to maximize awareness and sales of company products.Ensure proper placement/planogram compliance according to brand specifics.Build and maintains strong relatio
nships with business partners (agencies, coordinators,supermarkets).Work closely with sales group to validate implementation of promotions, new products and price change implementation.Mo

nsolidate Engagia reports (sales electro
nic system) for Modern Trade.Validates Trade Support agency billing (e.g. trade related push selling and sampling activities, promo bundling costs, opening support or anniversary related sampling, etc.)
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of Marketing or any business course.Proficient in Excel and marketing softwares.With experience in handling manpower agencies (preferably in a FMCG company).
