Job Description:   

Lead the EFTPOS sales team to provide excellent levels of performance and customer satisfactionMake outbound calls to existing More Services/More Telecom business customers to introduce More Payments and promote our current products and servicesRespond to inbound lead enquiries from phone calls, web leads, and other marketing initiativesUndertake a needs assessment of each business so that you can identify opportunities and confidently promote the correct payment solutions  Request and review existing payments deals from customers to gain a better understanding of their business Provide customers with comparative quotations via template emails based on their current business position and follow up on these quotes to close new deals.  Obtain and submit new EFTPOS payment orders via digital onboarding platformCollect specific personal and business information from customers which will need to be submitted with each new order. Comply with all communication guidelines in addressing the needs and problems of customers Maintain a courteous and friendly disposition when interacting with customers Responsible for mentoring and coaching, closely working with the sales teamConduct one-on-one’s and daily stand-up meetingsSupervise daily activities, ensuring the teams daily shift call quotas and set targets are metEnsure training and development plans are maintained for all team members Work with Sales Manager to deliver business targets and objectives and develop a performance-orientated culture Escalate any appropriate problems to senior managementSupport the Senior Manager to highlight operational risks and areas for improvement 

Qualifications: 

 Strong sales background and persuasion abilityTeam lead experience Coaching and communication skillsMinimum of 2 years’ experience within a contact centre environment as a Team LeaderExperience with EFTPOS, Merchant sales or financial products desirable Excellent leadership and communication skillsStrong coaching and people-development skills through call listening, quality feedback, etc. Energetic and motivating individual Creative thinker
