JOB DEscriptION
• Sales Field Execution – Sales Supervisor is the core responsible for the proper execution of plans and programs by region and HQ.
• Area Management – SS is responsible for the overall performance of his area, identifying challenges, proposing alternatives, executing solutions and task delegation to his people and aligning it to Regional Sales Manager.
• Target Planning – SS is responsible for allocating targets to team leaders and promoters, monitoring and assures the achievement of the monthly sales target.
• Market Research – SS must also act as a CIA to gather competitor data and promotional activities.
• Sales Development – SS must report sales regularly and initiate programs in his area to improve sales generation and maximize the potential of every promoter and each store.
• Merchandising & CKE – SS is also responsible for standard and visible merchandizing in his area, BV proposals, ingress and egress to increase brand awareness and company revenue
