Job Description

This position is responsible in ensuring that appropriate messages and information of the product are delivered to right target MD’s that will create impact in achieving the brand sales target.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Achievement - Achieve MTD / YTD targets in brand salesCall Planning - Cover MDs with the right frequency as indicated in the call planMessage Delivery - Deliver customized brand key messages to each of the MD based o their prescribing behavior and brand usage.Planning - Develop a clear account plan for each of the MDs guided by territory analytics, correct Segmentation and Targeting and aligned with the brand strategies and directionsImplementation - Ensure effective implementation of brand and Key account action plansMeeting Participation - Proactively participate in all meetings organized by IFO and Marketing with clear understanding of territory status and current KPIs' achievementCustomer Relationship - Constantly communicate and maintain rapport and good relationships with key MDs, allied health care professionals and other stakeholdersCompliance - Ensure that customers have positive impression of the company, its employees and its products through strict observance of ethical guidelines, code of conduct, and company policies and proceduresAdministrative - Comply with administrative reports and other requirementsPharmacovigilance - Report "adverse events"Resource Utilization - Exhibit proper care and maintenance of company properties and resources in accordance with company policy and guidelinesMarket Intelligence - Gather relevant competitor and market information that helps in the development of action plans and implementation strategy

At least 3-5 Years oncology Specialty coverage BackgroundExtensive Multinational Pharma background with a plusCan adapt to Branded Generic SellingWith Driver’s License
