Job Description

Position: CUSTODIAN and SALES SPECIALIST

Qualifications: with retail store experience (inventory custodian, sales and customer service experience), pleasing looks and personality, with good communication skills, fast learner, team player, keen on details

Role/JD:

- MANAGE AND MonITOR INVENTORY OF 0917 MERCHANDISE AND MERCHANDISING MATERIALS

- CLOSELY MonITOR THE MOVEMENT OF STOCKS AND ENSURE AVAILABILITY OF SELLING STOCKS

- PERFORM DAILY INVENTORY REPORTING, PHYSICAL STOCK COUNT AND RECONCILIATIONS

- COMPLY WITH AUDIT FINDINGS AND TRANSMIT documentS/REPORTS TO INTERNAL AUDIT AND SUPPORT TEAMS

- MAINTAIN ZERO VARIANCE

- TRIGGER RETURN OF DEFECTIVE AND NON-MOVING ITEMS IN COORDINATION WITH 0917 CHANNEL SPOC AND INVENTORY TEAM

- IN-CHARGE OF UPDATING/REFRESHING IN-STORE VISUAL MERCHANDISING baseD ON THEMES, LAUNCHES AND PLANOGRAM (INCLUDING DEMO UNIT)

- ENSURE POSITIVE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE AND MANAGE AFTERSALES TRANSACTIONS

- PROPER USE, MAINTENANCE OF ACCOUNTABLE FORMS LIKE DR, MRF, MTS AND OTHERS

- SELL, CROSS SELL AND UPSELL LIFESTYLE PRODUCTS TO HIT STORE TARGET

- SAFEGUARD STORE SUPPLIES AND MERCH

- REPORTS TO 0917 LIFESTYLE STORE CHANNEL SPOC
