Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Science Technology, Food Technology or equivalent.Willing to be in field for client presentation as requested.Has the ability to identify market potential of qualified accounts.Accomplishes mission by completing related tasks/results as needed.Team PlayerFull Time Position(s) available.JOB DEscriptION:
Function as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your customers.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationshipDevelop a trusted advisor relationship with customer stakeholders and executeEnsure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectivesClearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external clientsForecast and track account metrics.Recognize and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainmentAssist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed.Utilize contract negotiating expertise in assigned accounts.
