Work Summary:
A field-based role who is responsible for developing sustainable and strategic business relationships with Key Accounts particularly Modern Trade to ensure an increase in sales and profit for the company. KAS is focused on finding new business opportunities and ensure strategic sales/business growth for Houseware products.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Mass Communications or equivalent.At least 2 Years (s) of working experience in accounts management, business development, or salesMust have good presentation and planning skills, and excellent problem-solving
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Ensures customer expectations and service agreement is met by monitoring account orders, and deliveries and providing corrective actions if needed.
• Develop innovative strategies for retaining clients; this includes undertaking interviews in order to get feedback and incorporate it into the growth plan.
• Responsible for developing the area and creating programs to increase sales and product reach
• Research the market to identify new business opportunities. Proactively develops business proposals for new and existing customers.
