JOB SUMMARY
Focus on Sales in Reinsurance Team by developing new Reinsurance Partners which helps to develop new business accounts. Consistent communication with the existing producers to be able to ensure good relationship and to achieve assigned target budget. More on Account Management, renewal of reinsurance accounts. Closely monitoring of Closing Binder Warranty (CBW) and Premium Payment Warranty (PPW) to avoid any problem when claims arises.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
I. REINSURANCE
1. Develop new Reinsurance Partners and consistent communication with existing producer to maintain and build a good relationship.
2. Review of reinsurance sources renewal accounts.
3. Administer day-to-day Inward Offer request from various producers.
4. Maintenance of Inward Offer and Renewal Registry
5. Preparation of slip and completion of outward placement of account/s.
6. Coordinate with Claims Department for the claims filed by the producer.
7. Meet sales and collection targets every month.
II. DIRECT
1. Solicitation of business from the assigned intermediaries (BDOI and Howden).
2. Entertains calls/emails from assign intermediary regarding on their request like quote, policy issuance, endorsements and premium payment.
3. Monitoring of Renewal Accounts
