RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Generate sales among client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling
2. Operates as the point of contact for assigned customers and develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts
3. Communicates client needs and demands
4. Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals
5. Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients
6. Coordinate with other members working on the same account to ensure consistent service
7. Collaborates with channels and service to reach prospective clients
8. Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines
9. Keep records of client transaction
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Must be a Bachelors Degree holder ideally from a business related courses.
2. Must have at least minimum 6years Sales and Marketing background and sales experience ideally with experience in handling BPO clients and project management skills Experience in channels and end-user interfaces Background selling IT products and solutions (hardware / infrastructure)
3. Should have Excellent communication skills, negotiation and highly customer-centric
