Account Manager (AM)
An Account Manager performs two major responsibilities : sales and relationship management. In the sales role, the AM is responsible in selling the company’s products and services by identifying leads, educating prospects, conducting presentations, and closing contracts. As a relationship manager, the AM pursues and maintains a positive business relationship by providing excellent after-sales support ensuring that customers are successful in using the company’s products and services.
The AM builds long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with their contacts, always striving to find the products which best fit the individual needs of the client. The AM also aids internal departments by collecting information, such as sales leads or testimonials, assisting in the processing and analysis of client data and complaints, and identifying industry trends.
To succeed in this position, candidates should have exceptional communication, computer, and problem-solving skills. You should be resourceful, analytical, adaptable, and organized with the ability to build rapport with clients.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field.At least 2 years’ experience in sales, account management or relatio
