Job Purpose
• Recommends, obtains approval, and implements the strategies, programs, and promotions to be pursued for the Premium Card Portfolio in terms of card usage, rewards, loyalty, card retention, advertising, and communication based on analysis of internal and external factors.
•Monitors market activities and consumer behavior trends and provides analysis to the Senior Lead, Premium Cards Program Management and the Marketing Group Head, as inputs to strategic directions and corporate action.
•Monitors the overall performance of RCBC-issued premium credit cards in terms of billings, activation, usage, and attrition. Monitors program expenses in order to ensure achievement of set targets. Modifies programs as necessary to meet targets.
Job Requirements
•Must be a 4-year degree college graduate coming from a reputable school.
• Preferably with related marketing experience
