The Human Resources Shared Services (HRSS) team is a world-class and customer-focused team that works in partnership with employees, managers and other HR functions to provide strategic, simple and efficient solutions that drive operation excellence and business results. The HR Shared Services Specialist position is responsible for supporting the shared service mode and First Advantage’s HR initiatives by administering identified HR core operations processes.
JOB DEscriptION:
Acts as a first line of HR support for First Advantage’s global workforce in resolution of a wide variety of employee and manager issues – actively triaging, resolving and/or escalating each item.Ensure all escalated issues are handled in timely manner and resolution is communicated.Process required system transactions to effectively o
nboard new employees, maintain accurate employment status and offboard individuals separating from First Advantage.Skilled in accurately entering and verifying data entered into HR systems.Understand workflows and SLAs and actively partner with key HR stakeholders to ensure data integrity and high customer satisfaction.Participates in small to medium process improvement initiatives that require a basic working knowledge of project management.
