Position Summary:
Provides general assistance and support to specific CBHRS areas in addressing day-to-day co
ncerns of team members. Supports department programs, initiatives and projects by providing required reports or analysis. Ensures department policies and procedures are adhered to. May be required to supervise day-to-day deliverables and activities of team members at Associate level.
Functional Responsibilities:
Prepares regular and ad hoc reports (headcount, attrition, compensation, etc) ba
sed on accurate employment data.Acts as point of co
ntact for both internal and external data requests, verification and reports using employee data.Maintains accurate team member data in the employee databa
se ba
sed on official docu
ments (government records, forms), status change forms, and other official sources of team member information. Maintains setup values in HR databa
se to align with organizatio
nal changes/needs.Co
nducts end-user training/orientations on processes and procedures related to HRIS tools.Ensures team delivery of services in accordance with agreed service levels (e.g. time, quality and costs) and according to established standards and procedures on a day-to-day basis, closely coordinating with POC’s on each team member’s current employment status e.g. LOA, Movement, Suspension, Separation and Termination.May be respo
nsible for maintaining policy/procedural docu
ments and any improvements to processes to improve team efficiency and adherence to service levels.
Required Experience, Education, Skills & Competencies:
Bachelor’s Degree Holder in any fieldTwo (2) to three (3) years HR related professio
nal experience. Work experience preferably within the call center, customer service, or any labor-intensive industryStrong relevant experience, or combination of education and work experienceVery good verbal and written communication skillsExperience in analyzing dataHighly competent in MS Excel, PowerPoint & other analytical toolsYou possess a natural curiosity, analytical mind, and excellent organizatio
nal skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-taskHighly organized and proactive, with excellent attention to detail and drive to resolve issuesWilling to work on-site at any site but the primary location is TELUS Ortigas.
